The purpose of the PARF system is to improve and streamline the special education position request process into a more uniformed, standardized, efficient and timely process.  Through this page you can access information related to the PARF process.



PARF Manual

PARF can be accessed via the HP Project and Portfolio Management Center.  You can access the HP site via the link below.  Once you have accessed the site, to login, use your CPS network ID and password.  Login securities have been established for principals only.

Supporting Documentation Forms

The Paraprofessional Support Services (PSS) daily schedule and the Program Analysis Form for High Schools are downloadable Microsoft WORD and EXCEL templates.  These templates can be used to list the specific daily assignment/schedule of all paraprofessional support staff and high school teachers in a school building.  These documents are mandatory and must be submitted with each PARF request.
